Judobi is run by Julien Doherty-Bigara, an independent recruiter focused on finance, sales, strategy and operations talent across APAC. After years in agency environments, Julien set up Judobi to give hiring leaders a more thoughtful, senior-led search experience.

Every search is handled end-to-end by Julien and his colleague Henry, – from brief and research through to outreach, interviewing and offer management. No hand-offs, no generic spray-and-pray shortlists.

The aim is straightforward: fewer CVs, better conversations and hires who make sense on paper and in person.
